Hilson started with two small-town Evansville boys from Southern Indiana, and a dream. They wanted to provide a handmade artisan craft for the common man. And that craft became Hilson Brewery.

Founded by James Hilson, Hilson Brewery represents a passion for craft, community, and quality. What began as a simple project with his brother Jack, Hilson blossomed into a brand built on flavor, creativity, and experience.
